BALTIMORE — A man was shot in the leg in Northwest Baltimore.
On Wednesday, at about 12:35 p.m., Northwest District officers were called to the 3600 block of West Garrison Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.
When officers arrived on scene, they found a man shot in the leg. The responding officer applied a tourniquet to the victim's leg.
The victim was taken to an area hospital.
Northwest District Shooting detectives were called to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.
