Man shot in the leg, another shot multiple times in crosstown shootings

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting in Southwest Baltimore.

The department said, officers were patrolling the area of the 100 block of S. Carey Street in Union Square when they found a 45-year-old man with a shooting injury to his leg.

He was taken to the hospital for treatment.

At 9:10 p.m., officer were called to the scene of a shooting in the 3100 block of Mcelderry Street in the Southeast. There, police found a 29-year old man who was shot multiple times.

He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
