BALTIMORE (WMAR) — Baltimore Police are investigating after a man was shot and killed in East Baltimore Tuesday afternoon.
Officers originally got the call just after noon for a shooting in the 100 block of Madison Street.
Minutes later, a victim was found laying on the sidewalk in the 900 block of Webb Court in the area of Latrobe Homes.

The victim was taken to a hospital where he later died.
Police were also investigating another shooting that happened about an hour earlier.
A 29-year-old man was shot in the 2900 block of Round Road in South Baltimore.
No arrests have been made in either case.
There have now been 328 murders in Baltimore in 2019.
