Man walks into hospital after being shot in the shoulder, another shot in West Baltimore

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting on the city's west side.

According to the department, it was just before 3:00 p.m., when officers got the call about a victim walking into a hospital.

When they arrived they found a 35 year-old man who was suffering from a non-life threatening gunshot wound to the shoulder.

Detectives later learned that he was shot in the 100 block of S. Calverton Street.

At 8:26 p.m., police responded to the 700 block of North Appleton in West Baltimore for a shooting.

Officers found a 26 year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the shoulder.

He was taken to the hospital for treatment.
