BALTIMORE — It's one thing the Mayor of Baltimore has been talking about for a while: trash in the city.
On Wednesday, Mayor Jack Young launched the Clean It Up! Campaign.
It's an all hands on deck approach that includes dealing with the backlog of cleaning requests made to 311. Next month, Young plans to start a 50-day pothole filling challenge.
