Did you ever think about or draw your dream playground growing up?
Some Baltimore kids are going to see their drawings come to life thanks to a new partnership.
Mayor Rawlings-Blake announced a partnership with Belair Edison Community Association, Kaboom! and Target to design a new playground in the Herring Run Community.
Katrina Bitanaga from Kaboom!, says "So, today we have the kids portion. This is our chance to get input from our playground designers, the kids, and really see what they want to have on their playground."
Children from Baltimore will create and design their own playground with the support of community partners. Elements from their drawings will be incorporated into the design that will be built on October 14.
