A pedestrian involved crash shut down N. Martin Luther Kind Jr Boulevard at Pennsylvania Avenue Friday morning.
Four medics were called after a 65-year-old man was hit by a car. Police responded just after 6:30 a.m. and said the man was taken to the hospital.
Two cars were involved and towed from the scene, according to police.
No word yet on the victim's condition. Motorists are advised to find an alternate route.
