Police: 24-year-old shot and killed Monday night in Northeast Baltimore

BALTIMORE — Police say a man was shot and killed late Monday night in Northeast Baltimore.

On Monday, at around 11 p.m., Northeast District officers were dispatched to the 4200 block of of Sheldon Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.

When officers arrived at the location, they observed a 24-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital and pronounced dead by medical personnel.
