BALTIMORE — A Baltimore man is being held without bail on attempted murder charges after police say he shot a 26-year-old man last month following a fight.
Tony Graham, 30, was arrested on Tuesday at a home in Howard County.
On March 27 at around 8:40 p.m., officers were called to the 5100 block of Park Heights Avenue. Police learned that a large fight had just broken out and found a 26 year-old victim with a gunshot wound to his right arm.
Detectives were able to identify Graham as a suspect after reviewing video footage from the area, and speaking to the victim and witnesses.
Police say the victim is expected to fully recover.
