Baltimore Police arrested a Baltimore man today for the attempted murder of a 25-year-old woman.
Police said the arrested Christopher Heyward, of Brampton Court, on July 11. Heyward is charged with first-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault and armed robbery.
Police were looking for a suspect from a June 26 incident, where they responded and found a 24-year-old woman who had been beaten and a 25-year-old woman who had been shot in the 100 block of West Mulberry Street.
Both have recovered from their injuries, police said.
Heyward is at Central Booking, without bail, waiting for his trial.
