BALTIMORE — Police arrested a man Tuesday in relation to homicide in West Baltimore.
Officials said two men were arguing Monday afternoon in the 2200 block of Ruskin Avenue. One of the men, officers identified as a 43-year-old tried to walk away once the argument escalated.
According to investigators, that's when 27-year-old Sean Milton got into his vehicle and followed the 43-year-old man to the 2300 block of N. Fulton Avenue. It was there, that Milton allegedly shot the man before leaving the scene.
The victim was taken to Shock Trauma, where he later died.
Homicide detectives said they identified Milton as the suspect and obtained a warrant for his arrest.
On Tuesday, the Regional Auto Theft Task Force found and arrested him.
He was taken to Central Booking where he has been charged with first-degree murder and is now awaiting his bail hearing.
