Police ask for public's help in identifying suspect connected to West Baltimore homicide

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police wants the public's help identifying a suspect connected to a homicide in early February.

The department released video of a person walking in the area of the 1300 block of West Franklin Street, where 31-year-old Khaled Heeba was gunned down on February 7.
