BALTIMORE — Police are investigating a shooting in South Baltimore after a man was shot in the legs.
On Wednesday at about 2:54 P.M., officers responded to the 3600 block of 9th Street for a shots fired.
When officers arrived, they found a crime scene but no victims.
While on the scene, officers received a call for a shooting victim who had just been transported to an area hospital.
That victim, a 20 year-old man, was suffering from gunshot wounds to his legs, but is expected to survive.
Southern District shooting detectives are investigating this incident.
