BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police have identified the boy found wandering North Charles Street on Tuesday morning.
The boy is currently under the care of Child Protective Services as they work to confirm that his parents have come forward.
Police say he was located in the 2100 block of North Charles Street around 9:30 a.m.
