Police: One dead; another injured in separate shootings

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police investigating two separate shootings that left one injured and another dead on the city's South-end.

At 2:00 p.m, Southern District officers were notified about a walk-in shooting victim at a local hospital. There, they found a 34-year-old man who was suffering from gunshot wounds to his left hand and another gunshot wound to his left ankle.

The department said he told officers he shot himself, before refusing to officers any more information and became very uncooperative with officers.

Across town , in the Southeast, officers arrived to the 6100 block of Boston Street where they found a 32-year-old man who was shot multiple times.

He was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital at Bayview, where he died.

Homicide detectives are leading the investigation and they have no suspect information nor a motive at this time
