Police: Victim showed up to hospital with gunshot wound

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting after a victim showed up to a hospital with a gunshot wound to the torso.

On Wednesday at about 12:29 p.m., officers were called to an area hospital for a report of a shooting.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso, but he is expected to survive.

Officers say that a preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot while in the 600 block of North Rose Street by an unidentified suspect.
