Lt. Lisa Robinson has known Sgt. Alicia White since White was a little girl.
Robinson, now president of the Vanguard Justice Society, spoke to ABC2 about White's character.

"She's dedicated, she's strong and she wants to ya know, keep moving and keep doing whatever -- she wants to get back out there," Robinson said.
Robinson called White a fighter with a passion for service.
"The whole service piece is something that is just in her. It is not something that she can lose or get away, it is almost something that she yearns for," Robinson said.
