Local radio personality Stephen Smith, known on the air as Stash, is back on Baltimore airwaves at 100.7 The Bay.
The former 98 Rock personality served time in jail for a DUI crash in Harford County in 2012 that injured five people.
He spoke with ABC2's Jamie Costello about his road to recovery, and returning to radio.
