The goal of "Fuel up to Play 60" is staying fit and eating healthy.
Thursday, 4th through 9th graders filled the halls of M&T Bank Stadium to run a few drills. Baltimore Ravens punter Sam Koch and former wide receiver Qadry Ismail were there to give them a few pointers.
"We're just kinda talking to them about eating healthy," Koch said. "The effects of getting up early and making sure you get a good breakfast and with that make sure you exercise on a daily basis. That way, it keeps you fit and your cardiovascular in a good state."
"Fuel up to Play 60" helps prepare students for academic success in addition to getting them up and moving.
