Repair work to begin at intersection of St. Paul and Lexington Streets Tuesday evening

BALTIMORE — The Baltimore City Department of Transportation announced that temporary lane closures will happen at the intersection of St. Paul and E. Lexington Streets Tuesday evening for conduit repair work.

According to the release, the two right lanes of upper St. Paul Street will be closed to traffic at the intersection of Lexington Street from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. In addition, eastbound E. Lexington Street will be closed between Charles and St. Paul Streets with detours in effect during these times.

Starting on Wednesday, July 15, 2020 and continuing through Saturday, July 18, 2020 overnight lane closures will be implemented at the intersection of Calvert and Lombard Streets from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. each evening, weather permitting. One lane of through traffic will be closed along Calvert Street and a double lane closure will be implemented on Lombard Street each evening.

Motorists traveling in this area should watch out for changing traffic patterns and are encouraged to use alternate routes.
