Mayor Catherine Pugh will reveal recommendations from the Safe Art Space Task Force.
The group was created last December and Wednesday's announcement will focus on findings from the past year and how the city can help artists get affordable housing and work spaces.
The task force was set up after Bell Foundry shut down last year.
The announcement is set for 3:30 p.m. at City Hall.
