BALTIMORE — Local organizations are continuing in the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and on Thursday, students from Roland Park Country School visited East Baltimore to give back.

They stopped by the Lillie May Carroll Jackson School to complete service projects. Half of the students worked with art with a heart to create signs for cease fire Baltimore.

The other half made baby blankets to donate to local organization "Share Baby".

This is the second year the two schools teamed up to give back. Students also participated in an ice breaker to get to know each other better and reviewed the history of the celebration of MLK Day.
