BALTIMORE CITY — On October 8, 2019, at approximately 9:26 a.m., Northern District patrol officers responded to an area hospital treating a walk-in shooting victim.
Once at the location, officers located a 38 year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to his bicep.
Investigation revealed that the victim was shot on the 2500 block of Cecil Avenue.
