BALTIMORE — The exit ramp from NB I-95 to Exit 59 (Eastern Ave) is blocked after a tractor-trailer overturned causing salt debris to spilled on the roadway.
MDTA tweeted just before 1 p.m. Tuesday the truck with salt debris had spilled on the roadway.
At this time, we don't know if there are any injuries.
