Teams compete for prizes, meal with mayor in 'Fall Cleanup Cup'

BALTIMORE — Mayor Jack Young is challenging Baltimore residents to be more beautiful and clean up the city.

He just announced the Mayor's Fall Cleanup Cup which is a chance for neighborhoods, businesses and organizations to compete while keeping the city clean.

It's open to any organization, participants must have a team name, a service request number and you must have a valid email address and phone number.

Teams need to submit a picture of the trash they collected and submit that to BMOREBeautiful@baltimorecity.gov by October 29th at 4:30 p.m.

The winning team will be announced on November 6.
