Three men shot in the leg in Northwest Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WMAR) — Police are investigating three Saturday night shootings in Northwest Baltimore that left three men injured,

Officers responded to the first report of gunfire in the 4900 block of Reisterstown Road at 7:28 p.m. There, they searched the are for evidence, and, a short time later, they was called to an area hospital to investigate a walk-in shooting victim seeking treatment.

At the hospital, officers found a 26-year-old male victim who told police he heard gunfire and realized he was shot in the leg.

The second shooting happened almost eight minutes later at 8:47 p.m., when officers were called to investigate a shooting in the 3900 block of Bateman Avenue. On the scene, they found a 30-year old man with a gunshot wound to his leg. The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

At 10:34 p.m., Northwest District officers responded to another shooting, this time in the 2900 block of Ulman Avenue. When they arrived, they found a 22-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his leg. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Investigators believe the victim was in the 2900 block of Rockrose Avenue when he was shot.
