BALTIMORE — The Baltimore City Department of Transportation would like to advise motorists that traffic pattern changes will be implemented along a portion of Fleet Street in Harbor East.

At this time, a traffic pattern shift has been implemented along Fleet Street between Exeter and Eden Streets, with one lane of through traffic in each direction being maintained during construction. In addition, the parking lane along westbound Fleet Street is now closed between Central Avenue and Eden Street. This traffic pattern is expected to remain in effect for approximately 6 weeks.

Traffic modifications along Fleet Street in the vicinity of Central Avenue will occur throughout the next 6 months, and patterns will change as construction progresses. These modifications may cause delays and commuters are encouraged to use alternate routes.

The Baltimore City Department of Transportation is asking motorists traveling in this vicinity to be on the watch for changing traffic patterns and pay close attention to posted parking restrictions in this area.
