Two shot in Monday morning shootings in East Baltimore, according to BPD

BALTIMORE — Two victims were hospitalized after being shot in two separate East Baltimore shootings, according to police.

The first happened on Monday, at little before 12:45 a.m. Officers were called to the 700 block of N. Collington Avenue for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found a 34-year-old man with gunshot wounds to his body.

He was transported to a hospital for treatment.

The second happened a couple hours later, at around 3:30 a.m. when officers were called to the 2700 block of E. Federal Street for a report of a shooting. Officers arrived to find a 25-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his leg. Similar to the first victim, he was transported to a hospital for treatment.
