Victim remains uncooperative after being shot in the back in Penn-North

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a shooting on the city's West-side.

At 8:16 p.m., officers were called the scene of the 1600 block of Westwood Avenue in Penn-North. When police arrived, they found a 35-year-old man who was shot in his back.

According to police, he was very uncooperative with investigators and refused to give them any information.

The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.
