BALTIMORE, Md. — Standstill traffic can be a serious drag for some, but for others it's the perfect time to hop out of your car and show your killer moves to past the time.
Erin Mandras was driving down Falls Road when to her surprise she sees a man hop out of his car and begins dancing on the opposite side of the street on Tuesday morning.
Mandras caught the moves on video and it will have anyone thinking life is truly a party.
