BALTIMORE (WMAR) — Baltimore's Poly and Western Schools will be dismissing at 9 a.m. on Monday.
According to Baltimore City Public Schools, an area water main break has forced the early closures.
It's unclear where exactly the water main break is or what else it may be affecting.
