Weekend violence continue with an early morning shooting in South Baltimore

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police said a man was shot and injured early Sunday morning on the city's South-end.

At 2:27 a.m. officers were called to investigate a reported shooting in the block of Ridgely Street in Mt. Winans. When they arrived, police found a a 21-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg.

He was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
