BALTIMORE — Police officers were on the scene of a serious vehicle crash that involved four pedestrians in Southern Baltimore.
The crash, which happened in the Mount Clare Junction Shopping Center at about 4:35 p.m., left two people dead: a woman and a young boy. In addition to them, two more young girls were hospitalized, but are expected to survive. Police aren’t sure if the victims were inside the pickup truck or on the sidewalk, but they do believe that the truck struck a building in the shopping center.
The driver of the pickup truck was not injured and remained at the scene after the crash and no one inside the building was injured.
