BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating a triple stabbing and a shooting that left a man injured on the city's east side.
6:31 p.m.
Officials said, officers were called to the 2700 block of Greenmount Avenue for a reported assault.
There, they found three women who were stabbed.
They all were taken to the hospital for treatment.
According to the department, one woman died at the hospital and the others are expected to survive.
7:50 p.m.
In the Govans neighborhood, officers responded to the 600 block of Woodbourne Avenue for gunshots heard in the area.
When officers arrived, they found a 23-year old man with a gunshot wound to his leg.
He was taken to a hospital for treatment.
