Three shot, two dead on a violent Thursday in Brooklyn

BALTIMORE — Baltimore Police are investigating two shootings in the city's South-end, that left one dead.

In Baltimore's Brooklyn neighborhood, officers responded to the scene of shooting in the 4400 block of Fairhaven Avenue. There, they found a woman shot inside an apartment.

The department said she died on the scene.

A little over an hour later, police said another shooting occurred in Brooklyn.

This time, officers found a 15-year-old boy who was shot in his chest in the 4200 block of Audrey Avenue.

He was taken to the hospital, where his condition is currently unknown.

A short time later, a second victim, a 35-year-old man, walked into an area hospital suffering from a gunshot wound to his body. He is conscious and alert.

Detectives learned he was also shot on Audrey Avenue.

Police responded to the fourth shooting in Brooklyn on Thursday.

In the 400 block of Cambria Street, officers found two victims. There, a 32-year-old man was grazed by a bullet at his right knee. and refused medial treatment. The second victim was shot in the head.

He was taken to the hospital and was later pronounced dead.
