TOWSON, Md. — Baltimore County Police need help finding a missing 20-year-old man that hasn't been seen since last year.
Dominick Lapinski went missing from the 11200 block of Halstead Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
He was last seen by Baltimore County Police on November 27, 2019 in the area of Stevenson Lane and Haddon Hall Road in Towson.
It's unclear if Dominick has family or friends in Baltimore County.
