A pedestrian was struck and killed Tuesday evening in a crash in Woodlawn, according to police.
A Mercedes Benz traveling on Sedgemoor Road struck a pedestrian, then hit another vehicle and finally hit a MTA bus. The driver fled on foot from the crash scene.
The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. Five patients were injured and transported to local hospitals.
