Update August 28, 2020:
Detectives have charged Jaekwan Jacob Stephens, 24, for the murder of Charles Green. Detectives say the suspect, Stephens, got in a verbal altercation with Green inside an apartment where a number of people had gathered and agreed to step outside to finish the dispute. Police say, as the 2 stepped outside, Stevens shot and killed Green. Jaekwan Jacob Stephens is charged with first degree murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony/violent crime. He is held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on no bail status pending a bail review hearing.

Baltimore County Police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened in Catonsville Tuesday morning.
Just before 12:30 a.m., police responded to the 200 block of Garden Ridge Road for a shooting. Responding officers arrived and found the victim, 27-year-old Charles Anthony Green Jr., of the 3100 block of Cliftmont Avenue, in front of the location suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his body.
He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
After doing a preliminary investigation, detectives found out that an argument between Green and three suspects led to him being shot. After the shooting, the suspects were seen leaving the scene in a white vehicle.
