BALTIMORE COUNTY — A Tuesday morning accident left one person trapped in a car.
Baltimore County Police say a vehicle went into the woods on I-83 Southbound between exits 14 and 16.
Officials say the victim sustained serious injuries.
There is no word yet on the cause of the accident.
