OWINGS MILLS, Md. — Baltimore County Fire are investigating a power outage at a senior living building in the area of 3400 Associated Way in Owings Mills.
According to officials, there's an unknown number of occupants with oxygen needs.
Officials say that there are multiple buildings without power throughout the complex. Crews are continuing to assess the extent of medical needs.
