MIDDLE RIVER, Md. — Baltimore County Police are looking for missing 30-year-old Keith Frock who was last seen on May 24 at a Royal Farm store on Harford Rd.
He's known to frequent Oak Grove Apts in Middle River.
Frock is described as being 6 feet tall, 180 pounds with brown hair, green eyes and was last seen wearing a black hat, black shirt and ripped jeans.
