Alberto Yataco, MD., is charged with rape and sexual assault.
Dr. Yataco is the owner and operator of Get Well Immediate Care in the 7800 block of York Road in Towson.
A 16-year-old female patient went to police after she felt she was assaulted by Dr. Yataco. She told police she was inappropriately touched by him during a routine medical treatment.
Detectives also spoke to a 28-year-old woman who also accuses Dr. Yataco of touching her inappropriately.
He is being held at the Baltimore County Department of Corrections without bail.
