GLENN ARM, Md. — Baltimore County Police is investigating an incident involving a school bus and a minor.
Police say a four and a half year old girl was getting off the bus and her backpack got caught up in the door. The bus driver closed the door and began to drive off for a short distance.
She was taken to Johns Hopkins with non-life threatening injuries.
