BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — UPDATE: Police say Mr. Stafford has been safely located.

Baltimore County Police are looking for a missing 70-year-old Lorenzo Stafford. He's 5 feet 10 inches and 230 pounds.
Stafford is missing from the 7000 block of Paris Road at 1:00 p.m.
He was last seen wearing a beige jacket, brown/beige shirt, beige pants and white/blue shoes. Lorenzo also has a cognitive impairment.
