ESSEX, Md. (WMAR) — Baltimore County Police need your help finding Diane Mackey's family.
She walked into Precinct 11 in Essex but is disoriented and cannot tell officers where she lives.
Police are hoping someone recognizes her and can assist in locating family or caregivers.
