BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. — Baltimore County Public Library’s Loch Raven Branch, along with its accompanying meeting room, will close for several months beginning March 9.

The building, which includes Baltimore County’s Towson Health Center, will undergo an HVAC, ceiling and lighting replacement project to be completed in multiple phases.

Loch Raven’s collection will be dispersed to other libraries during the closure, and staff reassigned. While closed for this project, the branch’s shelving will be replaced and walls repainted.

Both spaces will be closed as of March 9. The library is expected to reopen on May 26, and the meeting room on September 16.

In the interim, customers are encouraged to visit the Towson Branch, located at 320 York Road, or the Parkville-Carney Branch, located at 9509 Harford Road.
