Baltimore man falls 50 feet to his death after crashing motorcycle on I-695/795 ramp

OWINGS MILLS — A 47-year-old Baltimore man fell 50-feet to his death following a Memorial Day motorcycle crash.

It happened around 7:15 p.m., Stanley Lynch was reportedly riding on the I-795 north ramp from the I-695 inner loop, when he lost control of his Suzuki motorcycle and crashed into the jersey wall.

Maryland State Police say the impact caused Lynch and the bike to fall 50-feet onto a riverbed, killing him.

Investigators are still looking into what caused the crash.

The incident caused no extended road closures, according to police.
