Bank of America has announced plans to add 600 new jobs at its Hunt Valley Campus by the year 2020.

This latest expansion comes on the heels of 300 additional jobs being created in 2017.

Baltimore County Executive, Kevin Kamenetz says "Adding 900 new jobs in three years is a big boos for our economy".

The new available opportunities will primarily consist of call center and staff support positions.

Officials anticipate by 2020, the Hunt Valley Complex will have hired 1,500 total employees.

"Our new Baltimore County Job Connector program is launching just as Bank of America is beginning recruitment for 600 new jobs", added Kamenetz.

The Baltimore County Job Connector Program is a $2.5 million dollar project introduced by Kamenetz aimed at assisting businesses in recruiting, training and matching workers in high demand fields.

News of Bank of America's growth in Baltimore County, follows Stanley Black & Decker's previous announcement of 400 new jobs earlier this year in White Marsh-Middle River.
