Police have located the body of a 71-year-old man who went missing after falling into water near Middle River Wednesday.
Richard A. Miller of Joppa was found at 8:15 a.m. Thursday.
Family members said Miller fell off a dingy while crossing the water to secure a boat.

Police said the accident took place on Dark Head Creek.
