TOWSON, Md. (WMAR) — Baltimore County Police are continuing to investigate, after a bomb threat prompted the evacuation of a Target store on Monday.
Officials say the threat was made over the phone just before 6 p.m. at the Target located inside the Towson Place shopping center on Putty Hill Avenue. The caller indicated an incendiary device was inside the building, causing a precautionary evacuation.
According to police, a building search found nothing suspicious, and no injuries were reported.
The store re-opened later Monday night, after police determined it was safe to go inside.
